Instead of resumes, ask for the names of the senior tech people you'll be working with. Then look them up online (LinkedIn, ...). Second, ask what they're work

Instead of resumes, ask for the names of the senior tech people you'll be working with. Then look them up online (LinkedIn, ...).
Second, ask what they're working on/what you would be working on.
