The word is so overused these days. Your idea may be rational, it may have philosophical appeal, but your idea is not science unless you carry out "experiments" to validate it. Everyone uses the word "science" without actually having experiments and adequate controls to back it up. FYI, Whenever someone adds "science" to the title, the paper is generally not science.
