The whole point of this discussion is that the benefits of rail are not mere ticket revenue. You mentioned cost-benefit three times, yet only came up with one benefit?
- graycat 10y agoNo, the way the benefits are to be calculated is not necessarily from ticket revenue. A benefit is something of value that "whomsoever" may get, and maybe quite different from ticket prices.
