I would not conflate "all tobacco products" with cigarettes. I smoke cigars, you don't inhale cigars, they're not designed to be inhaled and in my experience and the experience of the people who I know who also smoke them, they are not addictive to the majority who smoke them. I am not disputing that cigarettes are indeed addictive, overwhelming evidence suggests that they are, but cigars in my experience are not and I would guess pipe smokers would also fall into the same category.
