I've been waiting for the Mac Mini to get refreshed. It'll do everything that you want for $500-800 and you can always add a thunderbolt RAID if you need more storage. I would like one that can support multiple 4k monitors, but we shall see. They are due for a refresh since the current offerings are a few years old.
