Agreed, the cartels are just reacting to an increase in demand for heroin.
- MichaelGG 10y agoAnd it's the strict scheduling, the intimation tactics with doctors, that causes people to resort to buying street opiates instead of certified, regulated, opiates like OxyContin (or cheaper alternatives).
