How beautiful! Congress voted to invade another country. That makes it legal. Next you'll get together with your wife and make the decision to invade your next door neighbor. That should be legal, right?

  Yes, that is exactly what that means. Legislatures decide what the laws are and what is legal. This is how this works... If you're looking for morality, you're in the wrong department.
