You unlock the watch with a pin on the watch itself or touch id on your iPhone. It locks itself automatically when you remove it from your wrist.

  This doesn't seem very convenient. You scribble a PIN on your wrist or you pull your phone out of your pocket to use touchID?

    You only enter the PIN when you wear the watch to unlock it, not at the register.
