I could not agree more. I've learned to be ridiculously honest over recent years and it makes everyone happier (in the long run). When everyone knows the truth they can make better decisions. This applies at all levels. Secrets hurt everyone. (This does not apply to security things, like passwords, bank account numbers and the location of my house key).
