Ask HN: Please help with my product naming – “funky” or “descriptive” name?

I feel like a descriptive name for my product is boring but will quickly convey new users some idea of what the product is. I feel also that a funky-but-meaningless name will be more interesting and perhaps memorable. Which way should I go?
