Really good book for people that haven't followed everything they have said though. I've followed some of the stuff that has made it to HN over time so I recognized a bit but it is really well put together into book form. They follow their advice of cutting back the idea's to the essentials although I would have liked them to go a bit more in depth, you could easily have whole chapters on some of the good concepts.
