Are there times you have to be available, or are you able to be entirely async?
- codingdave 10y agoMostly async. There are some tasks that end up getting schedule at specific times -- conference calls, code deployments (sometimes), etc. But The vast majority of time is flexible. It really is a great setup for coding.
