I have a laptop for programming but otherwise I do pretty much everything else either on my phone or occasionally my iPad. The phone has the advantage of always being in my pocket so as soon as I think of something I can take out my phone and do it, without having to wait to get back to my laptop.
Booking flights is easy, I use Kayak.
- khedoros 10y agoI have a phone for when I don't have any option but to do something when I'm out, and to get notifications of e-mail (plus sms, voice, etc). I love that it's possible to use it for so many things, but I hate actually doing anything meaningful on it. Even on something like a 10" tablet, I feel like I'm limited by the small size and the input options. I usually pull the phone out of my pocket, think about doing something with it, make the decision that whatever needs done can wait, and put it away.
