"general lack of complete disdain for customers" Except for the whole Windows 10 malware fiasco. They just couldn't help themselves it seems.. Would have probably upgraded all the computers I manage if they hadn't been such dicks about it. I'm sure they'll find new and interesting ways to break Windows 7 out of spite now but it is what it is.
