India needs to get its act together with traffic. I'm heartened that there are anti-honking groups already --- that's a big start. The first step in fixing driving in India is changing the honking culture. Seriously. Efficient transit is just table stakes for being a serious economic power. Indians are smart. They'll figure out how to fix things.
