Don't know about Hyde park, but all these small distance problems can be solved by bike, which is way faster then car in this range. Don't see a problem here, r

- superuser2 10y agoFrom late October through late May (I am not exaggerating that much) bikes are a pretty bad time here. Maybe a problem global warming can solve!
