Along with everyone else here, I had the same issue with my wrists, took a gamble, and got the keyboard. I haven't looked back. It's awesome. I let a co-worker borrow it, because he was having wrist issues, and he had the complete opposite effect with him. Wrist was turned down when he said it needed to be turned to the side. So he tried it for 15 minutes and returned it to me. So I guess it's not for everyone.
