Five months in France learning how to make cheese.

- sprocket 17y agoI'm spending 2 months in the Pyrenees at a farm producing Tomme de Montagne and a variety of smaller sheep's milk cheeses and three months outside of Toulouse producing a variety of blue cheese.
- dantheman 17y agoI'm extremely interested what this entails; I've been thinking that I'd like to do something like this in the next few years.
