Oh definitely. At the most local level, we elected a state rep in his 20's. Because he was motivated enough to run and challenge a long term incumbent, and some younger folks got out and voted for him. He's done a really good job and is running for state senate now. I'm not saying it's always great to vote out the long term incumbent, but giving enough of a shit to get informed, decide, and go to the polls is huge. Definitely vote, and get informed as best you can.
