I don't think it's that clear cut. The magazine is "Edmond Active" while the hashtag is #shopedmond, which is neither the name of the business or their product. However, the city on question is Edmond, OK and they're encouraging you to shop there, so erm, "shop edmond". Not exactly a convincing trademark.
