Is lisp functional programming ?

  Its most direct influence is lambda calculus itself, yes I'd consider it a functional programming language. It doesn't even support OOP unless you layer CLOS on top of it, and you won't get anywhere if you try imperative programming with it.

    You can create any DSL you like on lisp. Though with lisp you generally choose something better than the above mentioned paradigms.
