- lallysingh 10y agoA random lottery system for ordering attorneys state-wide would probably get enough lobbying pressure to fund the system properly. But I love this.
- robalfonso 10y agoI'd think the smell test for whether he can serve is no different than if a state governor can serve jury duty. The requirements for impartiality are similar.
