I guess I'm really naive. Isn't 5 years at a startup doing [presumably] technical work pretty much the best thing you could possibly put on a resume? I guess if you were a bizdev-type, then maybe the negative here is: why was still a startup after 5 years? 5 years at a startup, for a technical person, sounds awesome.
