Can you back this with a peer-reviewed study? Or this is one of things we are supposed to take for self-evident?
- eridius 10y agoHave you ever actually tried talking to people in underrepresented groups? Asking for a peer-reviewed study for something that over 50% of the world experiences in their personal lives is just a tactic for shutting down the conversation.
- michaelbuddy 10y agoThe chances are quite high that they have spoken to "underrepresented groups" and having done so myself realize the majority of people are going after the interests they want to pursue. So what. This forced integration / diversity shaming is really just creating a safe space for scam artists with the titles of "diversity consultant."
