This seems like only usable at straight roads, where only regular passenger cars are allowed. Allow a van there or a truck and you are up for accident. Also, I would assume that some driver being all of sudden surrounded by this machine can steer right or left out of surprise. Hopefully they have this planned. Or maybe this is just a way to suck money from city budget to private pockets or even marketing stunt, that would make more sense.
