I used to be super intimidated by negotiation. I recently took a Coursera course that I highly recommend https://www.coursera.org/learn/negotiation https://www.coursera.org/learn/negotiation. It's not specific to negotiating job offers, but it helped me become a lot more comfortable with the process just to have a framework to think about the whole thing in. It's a really well put together course too.
