- pcwalton 10y agoI think Rust is at its strongest when it achieves both improved performance and better security. Not everyone cares about performance, and not everyone cares about security, but most people care about one or the other.
- danbruc 10y agoLooking at the source code it does not look like this implementation includes the virtual machine for hinting which seems the most likely source of remote code execution vulnerabilities in a text rendering system.
