Making crunch-time a normal thing to be sought after totally does not. Not seeing how this culture is problematic really baffles me.
- davidf18 10y agoHave you worked for a startup or in a situation with tight engineering or software deadlines? I ask that because for those of us that have had to work that situation, it is not so baffling.
