Enjoyed this read. The part that really stuck out to me was the exploding offers section. IBM performed interviews at my college weeks (or more) before anyone else was even hiring. After doing the interview process and getting an offer, they wanted an answer within 2 days. Obviously I told them that this wasn't going to work, and they basically said it was too bad. A few months later, I got a call asking if I was still available (wasn't at this point). Be prepared to walk away in a negative situation like that, it says a lot about the company.
