"Exploding" job offers used to target people on their 1st or 2nd jobs with little or no experience in how the hiring process works is borderline unethical.
- hueving 10y agoA job offer is a business deal. The earlier on you learn how to do business, the better it is for your career.
- shawn-butler 10y agoSo are used car deals. That's why we have lemon laws. Getting a good deal by fraud harms everyone involved.
- tensor 10y agoSometimes employers need to fill positions fast. In these cases it seems fair for an employer to take the stance: feel free to take time but we'll keep looking in the mean time and if we find someone else who fits then the offer will be withdrawn without notice.
