Agreed, that was really bad, and there should be repercussions ... However, I've updated half a dozen PCs to Windows 10, including two on the last day. One of those was my wife's, and she has no technical expertise at all. What I can say for certain is that I have never seen a forced update, and I have never been able to install Windows 10 without agreeing to the EULA.
