Oh, I usually save my emails as drafts after office hour, and send them during the day, in order to not encourage others to work late. A culture were you arrive at work and find a 20+ emails back and forth from the previous night is not good. Especially since decisions are sometimes taken without essential input from people that actually have a life. In the end, everyone will just be stressed about never being able to look a way from email for more than 20 minutes.
