  Google cache:<URL> e.g.: "cache:http://sloanreview.mit.edu/article/what-makes-work-meaningful-or-meaningless/" http://sloanreview.mit.edu/article/what-makes-work-meaningfu... (without the quotes)

    Also, you can click on the little green arrow next to links on Google and click Cache to view the cached version. This "cache:" operator is pretty nifty though.
