The blog post said nearly nothing about what the investigation determined about Jacob's behavior. The focus is on mechanisms that Tor is putting in place to ensure that future allegations are taken seriously and investigated fairly.

Some of those incidents have been shared publicly, and some have not. The investigation also identified two additional people as having engaged in inappropriate conduct, and they are no longer involved with the Tor Project.

The tweet was confirmed later by many people and you can get more sources about that on Jacob's Wikipedia article. It's highly relevant to this discussion, so leaving it out seems unusual.
