    No, it'll be the refugees first. The problems of the middle east aren't just religious, the region has seen huge population growth in the 20th century beyond the ability of its natural resources to sustain it. This is not hyperbole, Yemen is running out of water. If it's 54C outside in Kuwait, how habitable is that really? What if it's three or four degrees hotter?
