Find a public shower and a place where you can wash clothes cheap. Go to the public library and send CV's out all day - day after day (until you get a job). Use the public shower and fresh clothes every day for first month working. With first salary check get a flat. Had to do that 2 times, once in my home country (non IT job), second time i moved to a country without money and had to do it again (IT job). Cheers
