Recent Graduates do not have the experience for companies to risk going through the hassle of getting visa in america.
The way it works it seems is that companies are willingly to take the risk if you have proven yourself very well outside of america.
- zzzcpan 10y agoI'm pretty sure the opposite is true. It's much easier for a recent CS graduate to get a job offer in the US, than for anyone else. But I agree somewhat, that software engineering is not the field, where you are likely to be able to have a career.
