"Come join us, really, its great and we wont bite!". That's great but then we refuse to do the one thing we are great at - collect the data and re-evaluate and adjust our solution ( and theory) based on what seems to be working. And hence we go round and round. Look at the medical profession. Women doctors exist at pretty much every level. Is there something we can learn from that?
