- erlehmann_ 10y agoWhat makes this likely in my opinion is that the author of the article, Christoph Gerber, has already founded one successful startup, Lieferando. He probably has access to legal advice – and he is also not new to the startup business.
- hkmurakami 10y agoPrecisely. The post even reads like a story more than a problem description. I don't even think it's a bad growthhack move. Certainly seen worse.
