- beefield 10y agoSorry for being lazy and not doing proper research, but maybe someone knows this right away. Is Sobol sequence hyperuniform? If not, is there an algorithm you can use to generate hyperuniform random variables? (Basically I am thinking that it could make Monte Carlo simulation in some circumstances a bit more effective)
- ravar 10y agoIf you take the 2d Fourier transform of the sequence and the low frequency components go to zero the point process is hyper uniform [1] .
