Do you feel like people should be disallowed from working harder than you to avoid making you feel as if you aren't competing at the highest possible level?
- MIKarlsen 10y agoThat's not my point. My point is, that if you have to have the "work-all-the-time"-mindset in order to become a succes and get a stable career (specially in IT), then I think it's a problem. At least it seems like an unhealthy culture where people will be out of jobs because someone else is working 80 hours a week.
