Some links to those external projects would also be nice. Just saying -- of course the author has probably better things to do than provide a link list to alternative software, but if you go to the trouble of making such a list, that might be handy. And of course there are more alternatives out there, e.g. it perhaps Fabric <http://www.fabfile.org/> http://www.fabfile.org/> should also be in the list?
