Does Trump flat-out lie? On the times I've examined what he's said, it seems he's rather careful to leave himself an out. I.e. he might be "technically" correct. Looking over Politifact on him, for instance, shows many cases where he'll make a claim on XYZ that's actually sourced, but it's on the high-end of their range, or from a source that's not very good. Or it's things that can't be backed up, like his personal eyewitness accounts.

Yes. He flat-out lies. More than most politicians.
