Goal-setting is not the problem. Incorrectly executed goal-setting is. If you cannot answer why five times to a goal, then it is not a goal that is tied to the ultimate question of "Why do you live?" This is a high standard to hold, and I do not expect people to hold this standard. But to start off with "this is the problem with goal-oriented life" sends a wrong message imho.
