I'm all for critiques of software and how to improve work, but do we need to rag on the guy who made GoChat? Looking at the project, it was clear it was a single guy or a couple people, working to put out a project for experience. It's poor form to self-aggrandize and say "move fast, make MVPs, etc", and then write a post pointing out over and over how people messed up, when they were trying to move fast and make an MVP.
