In San Francisco Unified there isn't a high school bus system, and the classes still start at 7:30 AM. It has more to do with hidebound teachers and admins.

- encoderer 17y agoOf course, not having a high school bus system doesn't defacto mean you'll start class late. But bussing high school kids means you can't, unless you want to...(see my OP)
