- yardie 10y agoFerguson had no video. Just the word of the live officer and 24 eye witnesses who each saw 24 different things. I think even the dumbest prosecutor should be able to pull this off.
- travmatt 10y agothe colloquial saying is a prosecutor could make a grand jury indict a ham sandwich. The failing to secure an indictment, I'll always contend, was a deliberate choice reached in advance by the prosecutor.
