Convince a bunch of rootless and naively optimistic folks to live in your planned community, where every aspect of their lives -- personal and economic -- is supervised, and they live in tiny boxes. Oh sure, residents are free to leave anytime, but will have to fight to extract their assets and may be shunned by their erstwhile friends, family, and colleagues.
