After reading the whole PDF document of the complaint one thing jumped out
Here we have Apple, Google, Facebook, Coinbase, FDC Servers and few others handing over info on email accounts, wallets, hosting records and so on.
- pYQAJ6Zm 10y agoSo, I imagine, they asked Facebook for a list of IPs having logged to the Facebook KAT page, and then maybe they went around asking Apple – and who knows whom else – if they got those IPs in their records? If it was like this it doesn’t seem proper to me, but IANAL.
