We don't have a careers page on purpose. Right now the best hires either come from very strong referrals or fall in to our lap via the oss community. People who ask us about hiring: we just tell them to join the oss community.
It saves us a lot of time.
- Akkuma 10y agoThis seems like it would preclude people who love what you are doing, but also love to do things after work that aren't around programming.
- agibsonccc 10y agoWe get referrals for other roles. But yeah: that's more or less on purpose.
